47 year-old female with a history of childbirth who was not happy with her abdominal shape after previous pregnancies. Despite her efforts at getting in shape, she was unable to restore her pre-pregnancy shape and also had extensive skin excess and stretch marks. We recommended a full abdominoplasty to address her rectus diastasis (muscle separation) as well as her excess tissue and stretch marks of her lower abdomen.
