42 year-old Hispanic female who lost 100 lbs and had maintained that weight loss for 7 months. Despite intensive physical activity and maintaining her weight, she was unable to change the excess tissue from the previous weight gain. The patient wanted to have an improved appearance from removal of the excess tissue of her trunk.
