Breast asymmetry in 38 year-old female at Contour Plastic Surgery in Downers Grove, IL. The patient wanted to increase her size from B cup to D cup breasts. The breast asymmetry was noted on exam with the right breast being 50 ccs larger and the left breast sitting 2 cm higher on the chest. We used the Crisalix 3D imaging software to determine the exact size difference of the two breasts. Given the size asymmetry and the low nipple position, the patient was recommended for bilateral periareolar mastopexies and different size breast implants. The patient had a Allergan 415 ccs Full Profile Silicone Breast implant placed on the left side and a 385 ccs placed on the right side. Bilateral periareolar mastopexies were performed to lift the nipple-areola complexes. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and was happy with the correction of her breast asymmetry at six months postop.
