415 ccs Silicone Breast Augmentation in 36 year-old Chicagoland female in Downers Grove, IL

This is a 36 year-old female who presented to the office with complaints of loss of breast volume after breastfeeding her two children. She went from an A cup to a D cup breast. The patient decided on Allergan Inspira 415 ccs Silicone Breast implants with the help of our Crisalix 3D imaging software simulations. We placed the implants in submuscular pockets via periareolar incisions. Exparel was injected around both breasts at the time of surgery for better postoperative pain control. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and was happy with her results at six months postoperatively.
