Breast Augmentation in Downers Grove, IL in 53 year-old female. The patient presented to the office with A cup breasts and wanted to have large B cup breasts. With the use of our Crisalix 3D imaging software, the patient decided on 300 ccs breast implants. She decided on silicone implants to be placed via an inframammary incision in the submuscular position. We decided on the Motiva Demi profile 300 ccs silicone breast implants. The patient had her surgery under general anesthesia at our AAAASF accredited facility in Downers Grove, IL. We injected Exparel intraoperatively around each breast to help with postoperative pain control. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and was back to full activity by six weeks after surgery. She was happy with her size and overall postoperative results. The Crisalix software really helped her make the right decision about her size.
