Ruptured Saline Breast Implant at Contour Plastic Surgery and MedSpa in Downers Grove, IL

Ruptured Saline Breast Implant in 50 year-old female who presented with loss of volume of the left breast with upper pole flattening. The patient had previously had saline implants placed via inframmary incisions. She decided to switch to siicone breast implants. She chose bilateral Mentor Smooth Round 325 ccs Moderate Plus Profile silicone breast implants. The patient had the implant exchange surgery at our accredited office-based operating room in Downers Grove, IL under general anesthesia. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and was happy with her results at six months.
