Breast augmentation 450 ccs in Chicago area female in Downers Grove, IL*

This is a 22 year-old female who presented to the office with A cup breasts. She did sizing in the office and decided on 450 ccs silicone breast implants. She had the surgery under general anesthesia in our JCAHO accredited facility in Downers Grove, IL. She had Allergan Inspira 450 ccs Full Profile silicone breast implants placed via an inframammary incision in the submuscular position. Exparel was injected around each breast pocket at the time of surgery to decrease postoperative pain and the need for narcotics. The patient had an uneventful course and was happy with the results.
