Patient who presented to the office with B cup breasts who desired breast enhancement to D cup breasts. The patient did sizing with sizers in the office and decided on Allergan Inspira 385 cc full profile silicone breast implants. The surgery was done in Downers Grove, IL by Dr Paresi at his JCAHO accredited facility under general anesthesia. The implants were placed via an inframammary incision into a submuscular pocket. Exparel was injected around each breast pocket for better postoperative pain control decreasing the need for narcotics. A Keller funnel was used to deliver the implant into the pocket using a ‘no touch’ technique decreasing the risk of contamination of the implant. The patient did well postoperatively and was happy with the overall cosmetic result.
