The patient presented to the office with complaints of small A cup breasts. She wanted to be a full C cup with breast augmentation. She did sizing in the office and decided on Allergen Inspira 340 ccs extra full profile implants which were an appropriate size implant given her narrow chest width. She decided on an inframammary incision and a submuscular placement given her very limited amount of breast tissue. This would allow for good soft tissue coverage of the upper aspect of her implant allowing for a more natural result. The implant was placed with a Keller Funnel using a ‘no touch’ technique to avoid any contamination of the implant. Exparel was injected around and into the breast pocket and incision to provide better postoperative pain control.
