25 year-old with A cup breasts who wanted to have larger breasts*

25 year-old female who presented with A cup breasts which she was very subconscious about. The patient wanted to have fuller breasts but wanted to have implants appropriate for her long, lean body habitus. She did multiple sizings and decided upon 300 cc high profile silicone breast implants.
