44 year-old female who lost some breast volume with her previous pregnancies and had 32 A cup breasts. The patient wanted to have full C cup breasts. She did two sizings in the office and decided upon 400 cc moderate plus profile smooth round silicone breast implants. We decided on submuscular position of the implants and placement via a periareolar incision.
