Bilateral Short Scar Breast Reductions in Chicago area 38 year-old female*

The patient presented with complaints of large breasts resulting in back and neck pain and was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts and the position of her nipples. She underwent bilateral short scar breast reductions under general anesthesia with a 400 gm reduction on each side. She had no postoperative complications and all of her symptoms were alleviated after the reduction.
