A male patient underwent Gynecomastia surgery in October 2023 by Dr. Robert J. Paresi Jr. in Downers Grove, IL. The patient had a Grade 1 gynecomastia on exam. The entire treatment was done using a minimally invasive approach via a 5 mm incision on the lateral aspect of the chest. The procedure was done under local anesthetic with the patient awake in our AAAASF accredited operating room. The procedure, aimed at reducing excess breast tissue, left the patient elated with the outcome. The patient expressed gratitude for Dr. Paresi Jr.’s expertise and the staff’s exceptional care, noting a significant boost in confidence post-surgery.
