This is a 55 year-old female who had a previous tummy tuck eight years prior by another doctor, and was not happy with the result. The patient stated that no muscle repair was done at the original surgery, and no liposuction was done with the tummy tuck. The patient had a revision of her Tummy Tuck and Liposuction of the Waist and Back Bra Rolls to address her contour issues. A rectus muscle plication was done with the use of Exparel to improve her postoperative pain control. A drainless technique was used for the tummy tuck. The patient noted a significant improvement in her postoperative result and contouring.
