63 year-old male who wanted more chin projection. The patient always felt like he had a recessed chin since he was a child. He had contemplated getting a chin implant for many years to improve his chin projection and restore balance to his overall facial symmetry. We decided on an Implantech Large Extended Anatomical Implant which would give him an appropriate amount of additional chin projection based on his measurements.
