Otoplasties (Ear Pinning) in 21 year-old female in Downers Grove, IL*

This is a 21 year-old female who presented to the office with complaints of prominent ears. The patient had prominent ears as a child and wanted them corrected. On exam, she had both conchal hypertrophy and lack of an antihelical fold. She had bilateral otoplasties under local anesthesia at our office-based surgical center in Downers Grove, IL. Notice the improvement in the contour and the natural shape after the procedure.
