In the springtime of 2023, a female patient underwent an eyelid procedure performed by Dr. Robert J. Paresi Jr. in Downers Grove, IL. The patient had skin only upper blepharoplasties to address the hooding of the upper eyelids. For the lower eyelids, the patient had transconjunctival removal of excess orbital fat and release of the arcus marginalis. We also injected microfat to the cheeks to address the loss of cheek volume, and nanofat into the tear troughs to address the dark circles under the eyes. The patient’s experience was positive, with successful outcomes achieved. The procedure effectively addressed the patient’s concerns, resulting in improved eyelid appearance and function. Dr. Paresi’s expertise and skill ensured a safe surgical experience, and the patient expressed satisfaction with the outcomes.
