The patient presented to the office with complaints of excess skin of the upper eyelids. She complained that she looked tired all of the time with skin hanging over her eyes. She had bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasties under local anesthesia. The procedure took about one hour. She reported an improvement in her appearance after the procedure.
