43 year-old female unhappy with the appearance of her upper and lower eyelids.*

Patient was unhappy with the appearance of her upper and lower eyelids. She specifically did not like her lower eyelid bags and tear trough deformity. She wanted a younger appearance to her eyelids. We did a lower eyelid transconjunctival blepharoplasty with no external incision with excision of excess fat pads and transposition of the medial fat pads.
