52 year-old Chicago area female who had a lower eyelid lift in Downers Grove, IL*

This is a 52 year-old Chicago area female who presented with lower eyelid bags and excess skin. We recommended bilateral lower eyelid transconjunctival blepharoplasties with fat transposition to correct her tear trough deformity in combination with a pinch blepharoplasty of the skin. She had the procedure under local anesthesia at our JCAHO-accredited facility in Downers Grove, IL.
