63 year-old female who wanted more youthful eyes. She had sunken upper eyelids and loss of her brow contour. Notice her inner upper eyelids were very sunken with an “A frame deformity of the upper eyelids” indicating of loss of volume or fat in the region. We recommended fat transfer to her brow area to restore a smooth contour and volume to her brows that she had when she was younger.
