31 year-old MMA fighter who was struck in the nose and sustained a nasoseptal fracture. The patient presented to the office with the fracture. He was taken to the operating room for a closed reduction of the nasal and septal fracture under general anesthesia. Notice the restoration of the midline position of the nasal septum.
