Chin implant and neck lift in a 21 year-old Chicagoland male in Downers Grove*

This is a 21 year-old male who presented to the office with complaints of a lack of chin projection and no neck. We discussed his options for treatment and decided on placement of an Implantech silicone chin implant and a neck lift to address the submental fat pad and improve his neck contour. The patient had the procedure done under local anesthesia through a submental incision. The patient had a significant improvement in his neck contour and a more harmonious chin projection.
