This is a 32 year-old Chicago area female who presented with complaints of a masculine appearance of her nose. She did not like her profile view because of her nasal hump and her wide nasal bones. She also wanted a more refined, feminine nasal tip. She had a full rhinoplasty under general anesthesia at our JCAHO-accredited facility in Downers Grove, IL. She had an open rhinoplasty with in-fracturing of the nasal bones, nasal dorsal reduction, septoplasty, raising and refinement of the nasal tip. The patient tolerated the procedure well. The postoperative photos demonstrate an elevation of the nasal tip, reduction of the hump, a refinement of the nasal tip, and narrowing of the nasal bones. The patient was very happy with her result at 3 months postoperatively.
