Rhinoplasty in 47 year-old Chicagoland female in Downers Grove, IL*

The patient presented with complaints of a nasal bump and a drooping nasal tip. We recommended a full rhinoplasty under general anesthesia. An open rhinoplasty was performed at our JCAHO accredited facility in Downers Grove, IL. The patient had in-fracture of her nasal bones, composite reduction of her dorsal hump, nasal tip refinement and placement of a columellar strut. The patient requested a supratip break (distinction between the nasal dorsum and the nasal tip). The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and was happy with the postoperative result.
