She had a short scar facelift and lower blepharoplasties under local anesthesia at our AAAASF accredited facility in Downers Grove, IL. The patient was awake for the entire procedure and tolerated it very well. She had microfat and nanofat transfer to the face and lower eyelids as part of the procedure. She noted a significant improvement in her neck and jawline at six months after the procedure.
