Facial Fat Grafting Before and After in 71 year-old male at Contour Plastic Surgery in Downers Grove, IL. The patient presented to the office with complaints of deep rhytids (wrinkles) around his mouth. He had a short scar facelift under local anesthesia which included facial fat grafting to the wrinkles around the mouth. The perioral wrinkles were injected with microfat in the nasolabial folds, and sharp needle intradermal fat (SNIF) for the perioral rhytids. At six months after the procedure, the patient was happy with the correction of the deep wrinkles around his mouth.
