Facial Fat Grafting Before and After in 60 year-old female at Contour Plastic Surgery in Downers Grove, IL. The patient presented to the office with complaints of deep wrinkles around her mouth. She had a facelift and lower eyelid surgery as well. The cheeks, nasolabial folds, and corners of the mouth were injected with microfat. The deeper wrinkles around the mouth were injected with sharp needle intradermal fat (SNIF). The patient was happy with the correction of the deep wrinkles around the mouth at six months after surgery.
