Gynecomastia Treatment Before and After in 50 year-old male at Contour Plastic Surgery in Downers Grove, IL. The patient presented to the office with a history of 145 lb weight loss, and was unhappy with the appearance of his chest. The patient had a large amount of skin excess and a Grade 3 gynecomastia. He was recommended to have an excision of the gynecomastia under general anesthesia using an open approach with extension of skin excision to the upper back area given the large size and the severity of the skin excess. The patient had the procedure under general anesthesia at our office-based AAAASF accredited facility in Downers Grove, IL at Contour Plastic Surgery. The patient had a uneventful procedure and returned to full activity at six weeks after the procedure. He was happy with his result at six month after the procedure
