Drainless Tummy Tuck

This is a 37 year-old female who presented to the office with complaints of abdominal tissue excess after a twin pregnancy and droopy breasts. She wanted a breast lift and a tummy tuck. She had a drainless tummy tuck with liposuction of the waist and bilateral mastopexies (breast lifts). The procedure was done at our accredited office-based OR in Downers Grove, IL. Exparel was used for both the tummy tuck and the breast lifts to provide for better postoperative pain control. The patient was happy with her results at one year.
