Extended Tummy Tuck with Liposuction of the Waist and Back Bra Rolls in a 35 year-old Chicagoland female at Contour Plastic Surgery in Downers Grove, IL

The patient presented to the office unhappy with the size and appearance of her abdomen. She had a history of significant weight loss in the past and had a significant diastasis and stretch marks on exam as well as a large lower abdominal pannus. We recommended an extended abdominoplasty with rectus diastasis repair with liposuction of the waist and back bra rolls. The patient had the surgery at our office-based accredited operating room in Downers Grove, IL. We used the drainless technique and Exparel for better postoperative pain control. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and was happy with her results at six months postop.
