Drainless Tummy Tuck in a 41 year-old female who presented to the office with complaints of skin excess and a muscle separation after 3 C-sections. We recommended a drainless tummy tuck with liposuction of the waist at our accredited office-based operating room in Downers Grove, IL. The patient had a muscle plication and Exparel for better postoperative pain control. She had a smooth postoperative course, and was happy with her results at six weeks postop.
