Liposuction of thighs in 49 year-old female in Downers Grove, IL at Contour Plastic Surgery and MedSpa. The patient presented to the office with complaints of fat on her outer and inner thighs which she was unable to correct with diet and exercise. The patient had liposuction of thighs under local tumescent anesthesia at our office-based accredited operating room in Downers Grove, IL. The patient was treated with the MicroAire power-assisted liposuction machine during an awake procedure. The patient tolerated the procedure very well, and was very happy with her final results at six months postoperatively.
