Mommy makeover in 34 year-old female in Downers Grove, IL at Contour Plastic Surgery and MedSpa. The patient presented to the office with complaints excess abdominal tissue and a muscle separation after three pregnancies. The patient also noted a change in her breasts after breastfeeding three children with loss of volume and droopiness. She was diagnosed with involutional hypoplasia of the breasts. The patient used the Crisalix 3D imaging software to determine what size silicone breast implants she wanted. The patient decided on Allergan Inspira 345 ccs Full Profile Silicone Breast Implants. The patient underwent a full tummy tuck with liposuction of the waist and back bra rolls under general anesthesia at our accredited office-based operating room in Downers Grove, IL. The patient had the bilateral breast augmentation done at the same time with the implants placed via inframammary incisions in the submuscular position. Exparel was used in both the tummy tuck and breast augmentation for better postoperative pain control. The tummy tuck was done using a drainless technique. The patient tolerated the procedure well and was very happy with her results at six months postop.
