Drainless Tummy Tuck with Liposuction of Waist and Back Bra Rolls in 60 year-old Asian Female in Downers Grove at Contour Plastic Surgery and MedSpa. Patient presented to the office with complaints of lack of abdominal contour after four pregnancies. We recommended a full tummy tuck with liposuction of the waist and back bra rolls under general anesthesia at our accredited operating room in Downers Grove, IL. The patient had the drainless tummy tuck with the use of Exparel for better postoperative pain control. We used a very low incision and a special technique was used for creation of a naturally appearing belly button. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and was full recovered at three months.
