This is a 56 year-old female who presented to the office with complaints of abdominal tissue excess and loss of breast shape and volume after two pregnancies. We discussed a drainless tummy tuck with liposuction of the waist and back bra rolls to address her abdominal contour. We also discussed bilateral breast augmentation with silicone breast implants. The patient used our Crisalix 3D imaging software simulations to determine the right size breast implant for her. The patient decided on Allergan Inspira 295 ccs Full Profile Silicone Breast implants. The patient had her surgery at our accredited office-based operating room in Downers Grove, IL under general anesthesia. We used Exparel, a long lasting local anesthetic, at the time of the surgery to provide for better postoperative pain control. The patient had and uneventful postoperative course and was happy with her results.
