Mommy Makeover Before and Afters in 42 year-old female at Contour Plastic Surgery in Downers Grove, IL. The patient had a history of two pregnancies in the past and had lost all of her breast volume from breast feeding her children. The patient reported she was an A cup breast and wanted to be a full C cup. With the help of Crisalix, our 3D simulation imaging software, the patient decided on 325 ccs silicone breast implants. She also needed bilateral periareolar mastopexies to left her breasts. The surgery was done at our AAAASF accredited operating room in Downers Grove, IL under general anesthesia. The patient had a drainless tummy tuck with liposuction of the waist in addition to the breast lift augmentation. The patient had Exparel injected in the abdominal wall and around the breasts at the time of surgery to allow for better postoperative pain control. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and was happy with her results.
