Male Facelift in 71 year-old Chicagoland patient at Contour Plastic Surgery in Downers Grove, IL. Patient presented with complaints of facial aging, specifically, he did not like his perioral skin excess and his jowls. We discussed doing a short scar facelift under local anesthesia in our office-based operating room in Downers Grove, IL. The patient had the procedure done under local anesthesia which also included microfat grafting and sharp needle intradermal fat (SNIF) injections around his mouth to address the deep perioral rhytids. The patient had a uneventful postoperative course and was very happy with his results at three months after surgery.
