Rhinoplasty in 24 year-old Asian Male at Contour Plastic Surgery in Downers Grove, IL

This is a 24 year-old male who presented to the office with complaints that his nose was too large. On exam, the patient had a dorsal hump, widened nasal ala, and a very broad, sebaceous nasal tip. We recommended a full open rhinoplasty to address his cosmetic concerns. The patient had the rhinoplasty under general anesthesia at our accredited operating room in Downers Grove, IL. The patient had a uneventful postoperative course. The patient also received injections of MicroBotox to his nasal tip to decrease the sebaceous nature of the nasal tip skin in the postoperative period. The patient was very pleased with his cosmetic result at one year after surgery.
